Visits to the Vasco da Gama Aquarium are limited due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the difficulties we are going through, we want to continue to be present in schools and inspire everyone to protect the natural world.
So, we have prepared a number of online activities so that students and teachers can continue to visit us, although in a different way than usual and adapted to the reality we are currently experiencing.
THE AQUARIUM AT YOUR SCHOOL!
In this activity, we offer schools the possibility of having an online chat with a biologist, to explore different topics in Aquatic Biology.
How do starfish move? Which mammals live in the Portuguese Sea? What living things make up plankton?
With these chats we try to answer, in 30 minutes, these and other questions that students may have about life in water.
SUGGESTED TOPICS:

Aquatic adaptations
Aquatic respiration
Aquatic locomotion
Aquatic reproduction
